MyPension – Your new secure member portal
We know how important it is for people to be able to manage their finances online, and pensions are no different. MyPension is a secure member service that allows you to access your personal details from your phone, tablet or computer, whenever is most convenient for you.
Just visit mypension to register or log in to your account.
If you can’t find your login details, you can ask for a reminder by sending an email to enquiries@mypension.com. If you have registered but forgotten your username or password, just go to the login page and click Forgotten your login details?
Crest Nicholson Pension Plan
In April 2008 Crest Nicholson introduced the Crest Nicholson Pension Plan as their workplace pension arrangement. If you joined Crest Nicholson after this date and made pension contributions, your details will be held by the administrator, Fidelity International. Their contact details are:

Pension scammers Keeping your pension safe
We are currently living in unprecedented and difficult times. If you decide that now is the time to access your pension by moving it out of the Scheme, please be very careful – there are scammers out there waiting to get their hands on your benefits. If your pension is valued at over £30,000, you will need financial advice before you can transfer your benefits out. Please choose your adviser with care.
