As a leading UK housebuilder, at Crest Nicholson we have a clear approach.
We build new homes and communities primarily in the south of England and the Midlands, focusing on the mid-premium segment. Our business is grounded in a carefully curated land portfolio that gives us a competitive edge. By combining architectural excellence with an efficient development process, we create not just homes, but sustainable communities, consistently delivering value for both our customers and our shareholders.
Beautiful homes, sustainable, elevated living

We build great places for our customers, communities and the environment
We strive to create distinctive new communities for our customers to live in and enjoy. We place a strong emphasis on placemaking including careful consideration of the local environment, wildlife and biodiversity. Through our activities and operations we are committed to mitigating our impact on the climate, reducing both our waste and our carbon emissions to create a long-term positive legacy for communities.

Ensuring our customers receive the highest standards of service and a home they can be proud of
We’re passionate about putting our customers first. It’s that simple. From the moment they start their journey with us to long after they’ve moved in, we’re dedicated to delivering a seamless, high quality experience. We know that by focusing on their satisfaction, we build lasting trust and loyalty, which are amongst the most valuable assets a business can have. We firmly believe that when we go above and beyond for our customers, we not only build a stronger reputation but also ensure a profitable business that delivers sustainable value for our shareholders.

Protecting the environment and enhancing biodiversity
We strive to reduce our impact on the natural environment by reducing our greenhouse gas emissions, using our resources efficiently and protecting and enhancing biodiversity in and around our developments.
